Join local herbalist and educator Lauren Kemple and artist Rosie Taylor for a plant walk and plein air art making adventure in Forest Park. You'll be introduced to native and naturalized plants in the field, learn about edibility, medicinal value, and other ethnobotanical uses. Participants will receive a blank nature journal and in which they can begin to document learning.  Bring favorite a favorite art materials for notes and sketching to add to your journal later.  Meet back at the Miner's Bazaar after the walk if you'd like to continue working on plant sketches and enjoy a complimentary drink. 

Cost: $20 includes additional art materials, journal and post walk beverage.
